Nearly all businesses produce some IP, usually in the form of know-how, copyright, trade secrets and trade marks. And if you're a business that produces any sort of Intellectual Property, you need someone to manage it. But not all businesses produce enough to justify a full-time in-house counsel. This is where I can assist you. 

One of the benefits of working as an independent counsel is that I can keep my overheads, and consequently my fees, low. I also have the flexibility provide services either at a fixed hourly rate, at a quoted rate for specific work packages, or on retainer.
