I have a background in (bio)technology and over a decade's worth of experience in Intellectual Property (IP), including as a registered South African patent attorney. I provide specialist IP-related services such as IP management, IP risk services, IP searches and patent landscaping. I also provide regulatory compliance services in respect of IP and assistance with drafting of NDAs, collaboration agreements, patent specifications and registered designs. 

For regulatory compliance, my specific focus areas are research (including publicly-financed research and development); bioprospecting; foodstuffs, cosmetics and disinfectants; cannabis law; and labelling requirements.
